About Jerry Sink

Gerald (Jerry) Sink, a former Vice President of Human Resources for the NAFTA Region of Sandvik Mining and Construction is the founder of and President of TBS.

Jerry brings 25+ years of Human Resource experience featuring dseign and implementation of new processes in the areas of self-managing work teams, merging organizational cultures and career development planning. Each a meaningful contribution to the ever changing role of the Human Resource professional.

Jerry is an ardent believer that building trust in self and others is a lot like climbing a mountain. It takes commitment, consistent effort and a long time. Loosing trust is just like falling off a mountain. It only takes a microsecond.
